Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All existing personnel of Hulo Elementary School are automatically transferred to the newly established Hulo Integrated School.
- All assets and liabilities pertaining to the original elementary school are likewise transferred to the integrated school.
- Records of the former elementary school are absorbed and maintained by the integrated school.
Inclusion in Department of Education’s Program and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is tasked with immediately incorporating the operationalization of Hulo Integrated School into the Department of Education’s program.
- Allocation of funding for the operationalization is to be included in the annual General Appropriations Act, ensuring budgetary support from the government.
Issuance of Implementing Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of Education is empowered to issue the necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions of the law.
- These rules and regulations will guide the administration, operation, and governance of the Hulo Integrated School post-conversion.
Effectivity of the Law
- The law takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication.
- Publication can be made either in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation, whichever occurs first.
- This provision ensures public awareness and transparency regarding the enactment of the law.
