Appropriation and Funding
- An initial appropriation of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱400,000) is authorized from the National Treasury.
- This fund is specifically for the conversion, operation, and maintenance of the hospital for the fiscal year 1971.
- The funds appropriated shall not be transferable to other uses or purposes.
- Subsequent funding requirements for the hospital’s operation and maintenance are to be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Effective Date
- The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval by Congress.
- It was enacted without the Executive branch's approval on June 19, 1971.
