Appropriations and Funding
- An initial appropriation of two hundred thousand pesos is authorized for the operation of Capiz National High School.
- This initial amount will be charged against the appropriations for new national schools under Batas Pambansa Blg. 80, specifically intended for the Ministry of Education and Culture.
- Future funding necessary for the operation and maintenance of the school will be included in subsequent General Appropriations Acts, ensuring continual financial support.
Effectivity
- The provisions of this Act take effect immediately upon its approval date, ensuring prompt implementation.
