Separation and conversion into an independent school
- Section 1 separates the Camarines Sur National High School a Tinago Annex in the City of Naga, Province of Camarines Sur from the Camarines Sur National High School.
- Section 1 converts the Tinago Annex into an independent national high school.
- Section 1 names the converted school Tinago National High School.
Transfer of personnel, assets, liabilities, and records
- Section 2 transfers and absorbs all personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Camarines Sur National High School a Tinago Annex.
- The transfer is made to and absorbed by Tinago National High School (Section 2).
Funding and appropriations for operations
- Section 3 requires the Secretary of Education to immediately include the operationalization of Tinago National High School in the Department’s program.
- The initial funding for operationalization is charged against the current year’s appropriations of the Camarines Sur National High School a Tinago Annex (Section 3).
- After initial funding, the law requires the amount necessary for continued operation to be included in the annual General Appropriations Act (Section 3).
Implementation by the Department of Education
- Section 4 directs the Secretary of Education to issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of Republic Act No. 10305.
