Separation and conversion of Poypoy NH

Section 1 separates the Calintaan National High School–Poypoy Annex located in Barangay Poypoy, Municipality of Calintaan, Province of Occidental Mindoro from the Calintaan National High School.
Section 1 converts the separated annex into an independent national high school.
The independent national high school created is to be known as Poypoy National High School.

Section 2 transfers to and absorbs by Poypoy National High School all personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Calintaan National High School–Poypoy Annex.
Section 2 makes Poypoy National High School the institution that assumes the annex’s transferred personnel, resources, obligations, and records.

Section 3 directs the Secretary of Education to immediately include the operationalization of Poypoy National High School in the Department’s program.
Section 3 requires initial funding for the school to be charged against the current year’s appropriations of the Calintaan National High School–Poypoy Annex.
Section 3 requires that thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4 empowers the Secretary of Education to issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of Republic Act No. 10317.
