Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel assigned to Burgos National High School - Upper Tumapoc Annex are transferred to Upper Tumapoc National High School.
- All assets owned by the Burgos National High School - Upper Tumapoc Annex are likewise transferred.
- Liabilities of the annex are assumed by the newly independent Upper Tumapoc National High School.
- All records pertaining to the annex are also transferred to the independent school.
Appropriation and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of Upper Tumapoc National High School in the Department of Education’s program.
- Initial funding comes from the current year’s budget appropriations of the Burgos National High School - Upper Tumapoc Annex.
- Subsequent funding for continued operation shall be included in the Annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation and Regulatory Authority
- The Secretary of Education is empowered to promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of the Act.
- These rules are to ensure smooth transition and proper governance of the Upper Tumapoc National High School.
Effectivity of the Act
- The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
- This allows a transitional period for administrative and operational adjustments.
