Conversion of Bitoon Barangay High School to National Vocational HS

Section 1 converts the Bitoon Barangay High School in the Municipality of Dumanjug, Province of Cebu into a national vocational high school.
Section 1 names the converted school the Bitoon National Vocational High School.

Section 2 requires that PHP 100,000 for the operation of the school be funded out of appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools.
Section 2 requires the local government unit concerned to continue to provide funding for its share in the cost of maintenance and operation of the school.
Section 2 requires that after the initial PHP 100,000, whatever sum may be necessary for the school’s operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
