Conversion of Bayog Barangay High School to National

An initial amount of one hundred thousand pesos (₱100,000) is allocated for the operation of the newly converted national high school.
This funding will come from appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230, specifically designated for new national high schools under the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports.
Additionally, the school will receive an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of its share in the budgetary aid it was actually paid before conversion, sourced from the national assistance fund to local schools.

Following the initial funding, the Bayog National High School’s operation and maintenance budget shall be included annually in the General Appropriations Act.
This ensures consistent government support for the school’s continued functioning.

The provisions of this Act take effect immediately upon its approval.
The approval date is documented as June 10, 1983, making the conversion and implementation effective from that date.
