Funding and Maintenance for Current Fiscal Year
- For the ongoing fiscal year, the operation and maintenance expenses of the newly converted vocational and industrial high school will be sourced from local funds.
- Additionally, the school’s share of national aid allocated to local schools will contribute to funding its operations.
Appropriation for Future Fiscal Years
- Financial requirements for the operation and maintenance of the school in subsequent fiscal years will be included in the General Appropriations Acts to be enacted.
Effectivity of the Law
- The provisions of this Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
