Appointment of District Officials

Each engineering district shall have one District Engineer II and one Administrative Officer II.
Appointments shall be made in accordance with existing laws governing such positions.

Qualifications for District Engineer II

Notwithstanding other laws or regulations to the contrary, the minimum qualification for District Engineer II is equivalent to that of a Supervising Civil Engineer I.

Effective Date

The law becomes effective immediately upon its approval.
