Discontinuation of COCVF System A for Insurance Companies

  • Following the new connectivity, the previous system known as COCVF System A will no longer be accessible to connected insurance companies.
  • The Certificate of Cover Authentication Facility (COCAF), managed by the Philippine Insurers and Reinsurers Association (PIRA), will be granted direct access temporarily until July 5, 2010.
  • After July 5, 2010, only Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL) policies received directly from the Insurance Commission will be accepted for registration processing.
