Fee Collection and Remittance Procedures
- BSP/GSP Unit or Troop Leaders are mandated to collect a membership fee of P25.00 from each boy or girl during the school enrollment period.
- The collected fees must be remitted in full to the BSP/GSP local Council Office no later than five days after collection.
Receipts and Membership Cards
- Upon remittance, the BSP/GSP local Council Office shall issue an official receipt to the Troop or School.
- Registered members will receive corresponding membership cards.
- The membership card functions as the official receipt for the individual paying member.
