Entitlement of NDCP Graduates Below Division Chief Level
- NDCP graduates holding positions below Division Chief or equivalent who were receiving salary adjustments equivalent to Salary Grade (SG) 25 prior to the effectivity of CESB Circular No. 4 shall no longer be entitled to such adjustments from July 12, 2006 onward.
- These individuals are not required to refund previously received salary adjustments as these were received in good faith, thus acquiring a color of vested rights.
Entitlement of NDCP Graduates Upon Appointment as Division Chief or Equivalent
- NDCP graduates who were appointed to Division Chief or equivalent positions after the effectivity date of CESB Circular No. 4 (July 12, 2006) are entitled to receive salary adjustments equivalent to SG 25.
- Those appointed before the effectivity date but below Division Chief are not entitled to continued adjustment unless they are subsequently promoted.
