Renaming Sison National High School

Section 1 requires changing the name of the public secondary school in the Municipality of Sison, Province of Surigao del Norte.
The school’s name changes from Sison National High School to Toledo S. Pantilo, Sr. Memorial National High School.
Section 2 mandates that the school shall be known by the new name “for all intents and purposes.”

Section 3 requires that the Department of Education, Culture and Sports be duly notified of the new name.

The notification obligation covers the renamed public secondary school identified in Sections 1–2.
