- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records that belonged to the Bata National High School Romanito P. Maravilla Sr. Extension are transferred to the newly established Romanito P. Maravilla Sr. National High School.

Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of the Romanito P. Maravilla Sr. National High School in the Department of Education's program immediately.
- Initial funding for the new independent school will be taken from the current year's appropriations originally allocated to the Bata National High School Romanito P. Maravilla Sr. Extension.
- Future funding for the school’s continued operation must be included in the annual General Appropriations Act, ensuring consistent government financial support.
Effectivity of the Act
- The law becomes effective fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
- This ensures timely implementation following official public notification.

- The law was passed by the House of Representatives on September 5, 2012, and by the Senate on January 28, 2013.
- It was approved by the President of the Philippines on April 16, 2013, signifying full executive endorsement.
