Name Change of Marcos Bridge to Lauis Bridge

Republic Act No. 6844 is January 18, 1990 and is titled “AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE MARCOS BRIDGE IN BARANGAY LAUIS, MUNICIPALITY OF CANDELARIA, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES, TO LAUIS BRIDGE.”
Section 2 provides that the Act takes effect upon its approval.
The Act was lapsed into law on January 18, 1990 without the President’s signature in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27(1), of the Constitution.
The Act’s effectivity therefore corresponds to January 18, 1990.
