Severability Clause

Should any provision or section of this Act be declared unconstitutional or invalid, such declaration shall not affect the other provisions of the law, which shall remain in full force and effect.

All laws, executive orders, decrees, proclamations, or any part thereof that are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.

Effectivity

The Act shall take effect immediately upon approval by the President of the Philippines.
