Separation of the school
- Section 1 separates the Buguias National High School a Sitio Bot-Oan Annex in Barangay Catlubong, Municipality of Buguias, Province of Benguet from the Buguias National High School.

- Section 3 requires the Secretary of Education to immediately include the operationalization of Catlubong National High School in the Department’s Program.

- Section 3 mandates that thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
