All existing personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of Calabanga National High School shall be transferred and absorbed by the newly established Calabanga National Science High School.

The Secretary of Education is instructed to include the operationalization of Calabanga National Science High School in the Department of Education's program immediately.
Initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriations allocated for Calabanga National High School.
Subsequent funding requirements for the school's continued operation shall be incorporated annually into the General Appropriations Act.

Implementation and Rulemaking

The Secretary of Education is granted authority to promulgate necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions and objectives of the Act.
