Toll Fee Schedule

  • Tolls to be collected for different types of vehicles are clearly enumerated as follows:
    • Motorcycles: ₱0.20 each
    • Automobiles, cars, jeeps, auto-calesas, pick-ups, and station wagons: ₱2.00 each
    • Automobile trailers (two wheels, max weight 1,000 kilos): ₱3.00 each
    • Motor trucks (passenger, irrespective of capacity or passenger count): ₱5.00 each
    • Freight motor trucks, trailers, tractors:
      • 6,000 kilos or less gross capacity: ₱5.00 each
      • Above 6,001 kilos gross capacity: ₱10.00 each
  • Special toll provisions for Manila Railroad Company buses:
    • Buses on Manila-Baguio routes pay ₱5.00 per trip
    • Buses between Damortis and Baguio pay a flat annual toll of ₱10,000

Exemptions from Toll Fees

  • The following vehicles are expressly exempted from paying tolls:
    • U.S. Army, Navy, and Air Corps motor vehicles and privately owned vehicles of their personnel certified for military use
    • Vehicles of U.S. Government agencies in the Philippines engaged in rehabilitation work
    • Vehicles of the Republic of the Philippines government
    • Vehicles of the Philippine Red Cross and other Philippine relief organizations
    • Privately owned cars of Philippine government officers and employees traveling on official business, upon proper certification

Repeal and Effectivity

  • All prior executive orders or parts thereof and inconsistent directives concerning the toll road or toll collection are hereby revoked or modified to conform with this Order.
  • This Executive Order shall take effect starting June 1, 1954.
