Land reservation for school and farm sites
- Section 2 directs that, upon the recommendation of the Director of Vocational Education, the President of the Philippines shall set aside and reserve a portion of public land.
- The public land must be located within Iloilo.
- The reserved portion must be necessary and convenient for the establishment of the school and farm sites.
Authorized appropriation and future funding
- Section 3 authorizes the appropriation of PHP 250,000 out of funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
- The PHP 250,000 appropriation is for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the school.
- The appropriation covers the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five (1965).
- Section 3 requires that, thereafter, the necessary sums for the school’s purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Effectivity
- Section 4 provides that the Act takes effect upon its approval.
- The Act was approved on February 26, 1965.
