- Bounded on the North by: southern boundary of Roosevelt National Park and certified Alienable and Disposable land.
- On the East by: certified Alienable and Disposable land.
- On the South by: U.S. Military Reservation and Bagac River.
- On the West by: seacoast from Bagac River to Alilao River; certified alienable and disposable land; U.S. Military and Naval Reservations.
- Located on the Island of Luzon.
- The park is subject to future delimitation and survey for accurate boundaries.
Legal Effect and Restrictions on Land Use
- The area is withdrawn from sale, settlement, or any other disposition, except as to existing private rights if any.
- The proclamation effectively limits other claims on the land to protect its integrity as a national park.
