Youth Travel Encouragement

- The Ministries of Tourism and Education, Culture and Sports jointly issue rules governing youth travel group organization.
- A system to grant academic credits for domestic travel undertaken by youth is established.
Special Travel Programs for Vulnerable Groups
- The Ministry of Tourism and related agencies, in cooperation with welfare agencies and private tourism sector, are encouraged to develop special travel programs for the aged, orphans, and underprivileged individuals.
Implementing Guidelines
