Dividing Barangay Pasong Putik into Three Barangays

Section 2(1) defines the territorial boundaries of Barangay Pasong Putik Proper as:
- North: Caloocan City and Quezon City Boundary
- East: Belfast Street, Caloocan City and Quezon City Boundary
- West: Kaligayahan/New haven and Teresa Heights Boundary
- South: Quirino Highway, Mindanao Avenue
Section 2(2) defines the territorial boundaries of Barangay Greater Lagro as:
- North: Quirino Highway
- East: MWSS Reservoir
- West: Belfast Street, Mindanao Avenue, Barangay Sta. Monica and Barangay Pasong Putik Boundary
- South: a creek, D.B.T. Marbay/Lagro Subdivision Boundary
Section 2(3) defines the territorial boundaries of Barangay North Fairview as:
- North: a creek, D.B.T. Marbay/Lagro Subdivision Boundary
- East: Lagro Subdivision, Tullahan Creek
- West: Barangay Sta. Monica and North Fairview Subdivision Boundary
- South: Barangay Fairview and Tullahan Creek

Section 3 provides that the plebiscite conducted and supervised by COMELEC under Quezon City Ordinance No. 439, series of 1996 satisfies the plebiscite requirement.
Section 3 states that the ratification of the creation of the three barangays—proclaimed by the Plebiscite Board of Canvassers on December 8, 1996—constitutes substantial compliance with Section 10 of Republic Act No. 7160.

Section 6 ties entitlement to Section 285 of Republic Act No. 7160.

Section 7 repeals or amends all laws, decrees, executive orders, rules, and regulations that are contrary to or inconsistent with any provision of the Act.
Section 8 provides that the Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

Republic Act No. 11803 is approved under the circumstances stated as lapsed into law on JUN 02, 2022 without the signature of the President, consistent with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
