Coverage: where and for whom
- Section 2 requires that in every barangay with at least one hundred (100) family heads residing therein, a Day Care Center must be established.
- Section 3 requires that the Day Care Center look after the nutritional needs and social and mental development of all children ages 2 to 5.
- Section 3 covers children when their parents are unable to do so.
Required services and staffing
- Section 3 directs Day Care Centers to address nutritional needs and social and mental development for covered children.
