Effectivity and Legal Authority

  • The circular takes effect fifteen (15) days after filing three copies with the U.P. Law Center.
  • It is promulgated under Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated October 9, 1992.
  • Any inconsistent Board issuances are hereby modified, superseded, or revoked to conform to this circular.
