Prohibition and Compliance
- The exhibition of all such pornographic and violent video materials on passenger buses is banned.
- Operators of passenger buses are mandated to ensure their employees strictly comply with this prohibition.
Enforcement and Penalties
- Failure to comply with the Circular will be subject to appropriate action, as determined by the authorities responsible for enforcement.
Effectivity and Administrative Procedure
- The Memorandum Circular takes effect fifteen (15) days after the filing of three copies with the University of the Philippines Law Center.
- This procedure is in accordance with the Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11 dated October 9, 1992.
Adoption and Authority
- The Circular was adopted on June 14, 1995.
- It bears the signatures of the Chairman and a Member of the Board, indicating official sanction and implementation authority.
