Separation and conversion mandate
- Section 1 separates the Baguio City National High School – Bakakeng Annex located in Barangay Bakakeng, City of Baguio from the Baguio City National High School.
- Section 1 converts the Bakakeng Annex into an independent national high school.

Transfer of personnel, assets, liabilities, and records
- Section 2 transfers and absorbs all personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Baguio City National High School – Bakakeng Annex to the Bakakeng National High School.
- Section 2 provides that the transfer is comprehensive: personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the annex are all covered.
School operationalization and funding
- Section 3 directs the Secretary of Education to immediately include the operationalization of Bakakeng National High School in the Department’s program.
- Section 3 requires that the initial funding be charged against the current year’s appropriations of the Baguio City National High School – Bakakeng Annex.
- Section 3 mandates that after the initial funding, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school must be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
