Amendment of Previous Executive Orders
- Executive Order No. 72, dated December 3, 1936, which originally established the classification of ports, is amended by this executive order.
- Prior amendments made by Executive Orders No. 195 (March 3, 1939), No. 254 (February 20, 1940), and No. 289 (July 8, 1940) are also further amended accordingly to reflect this new inclusion.
