  • Penalties may be charged under the Articles of War (Commonwealth Act No. 408), Espionage Law (Commonwealth Act No. 616), imprisonment up to ten years, fines up to ten thousand pesos, or a combination thereof, whichever is higher.

Effectivity

  • The Act takes effect immediately upon approval on September 2, 1946.
