  • HEIs must disclose these reports publicly through their websites, school papers, bulletin boards, or other public information channels.

CHED’s Responsibilities

  • Compile and publish annual consolidated reports from all HEIs on the CHED website or in newspapers of general circulation.
  • Submit the annual reports to Congress.
  • Develop and issue implementing rules and regulations within sixty (60) days of the law’s effectivity, in coordination with relevant educational and sports bodies.

Penalties and Enforcement

  • CHED empowered to impose disciplinary sanctions on HEI officials or employees violating the reporting requirements under Section 4.
  • Sanctions are in line with CHED's mandate under the Higher Education Act of 1994 (RA No. 7722).

Legal Provisions

  • Contains a separability clause ensuring the rest of the Act remains effective if any part is invalidated.
  • Repeals or amends any inconsistent laws, orders, or regulations.
  • Effective fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
