Repeal and publication requirements

  • Item V of MARINA Memorandum Circular No. 139 is repealed.
  • All other existing circulars, rules, and regulations that are inconsistent with MIA Memorandum Circular No. 204 are repealed.
  • MIA Memorandum Circular No. 204 must be published in a newspaper of general circulation.
