  • Jumpseats are prohibited and must be removed.
  • Routes must be fixed and approved by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).
  • Restrictions include no direct competition with Metro Rail Transit (MRT), Light Rail Transit (LRT), Public Utility Buses (PUB), and Public Utility Jeepneys (PUJ), allowing only up to 25% direct co-routing with PUB and PUJ.

  • The fine is in addition to regular fees and charges as specified under Department Order No. 2001-82.
