- Coordinate with MMDA regarding road clearance efforts on city and secondary roads.
- Assist MMDA in road and sidewalk improvements by providing support resources.
- Enforce guidelines of the "Disiplina sa Bangketa" primer.
- Undertake additional relevant activities to fulfill the program's objectives.
Implementation and Enforcement
- MMDA will provide logistical support, manpower, equipment, and other resources necessary for clearing operations.
- The program serves as a necessary urban renewal and orderly urban development initiative.
Legal Basis and Effectivity
- The Resolution is enacted pursuant to Sections 3 and 6 of RA 7924 and aligns with RA 7160 (Local Government Code of 1991).
- The Resolution took effect immediately upon approval on July 26, 2007.
