Qualification Criteria for Loan Borrowers

  • Eligible borrowers must be active members with a minimum of five (5) years of creditable service.
  • Members who currently have loan accounts in default are disqualified from availing of the eCAT facility.

  • Outstanding penalties and surcharges arising from earlier programs (eCAD or eCAP) remain enforceable and are not subject to waiver.
  • Borrowers must pay a redemption insurance premium of Php125.00 as part of the loan conditions.

Default and Account Management Procedures

  • In case of default on loan payments, the handling and management of the accounts will follow the existing policies and procedural guidelines normally applied to in-default accounts.
