Revised Schedule of Fees
- The resolution approves a new schedule of fees for the following services:
- Titling and Management Fee: PHP 50,000.00
- Filing Fee for Requests for Miscellaneous Sales Application (MSA) and Foreshore Lease Application (FLA) Clearance: PHP 500.00
- Clearance Fee for Foreshore Lease Application (FLA): 3% of the assessed value of the property, including proposed improvements, but not less than PHP 10,500 plus out-of-pocket expenses.
- Clearance Fee for Miscellaneous Sales Application (MSA): 6% of the assessed value of the property, including proposed improvements, but not less than PHP 21,000 plus out-of-pocket expenses.
- Filing Fee for New Reclamation Project Proposals: PHP 10,000 plus travel and out-of-pocket expenses incurred during site inspections.
Fee Calculation and Minimum Charges
- The clearance fees for FLA and MSA are percentage-based on the assessed value of the property plus improvements.
- There are minimum fees set to ensure baseline collections (PHP 10,500 for FLA and PHP 21,000 for MSA).
- Additional costs such as out-of-pocket expenses and travel expenses during site inspections are to be charged separately.
Continuity of Existing Provisions
- The resolution states that except for the revisions herein, all other provisions of PEA Board Resolution No. 1004, Series of 1993 remain in full effect.
