Appropriated amount and earmarked purposes

  • Section 1 appropriates PHP 6,898,000 to carry out Republic Acts No. 731, 775, and 807 and for other purposes as specified in Section 1.

  • Section 1(5) appropriates PHP 148,000.00 for implementation of Republic Act No. 807, converting Bukidnon Agricultural School into the Mindanao Agricultural College.

Release conditions under General Appropriations Law

  • Section 2 provides that the release of the funds appropriated in Republic Act No. 948 is subject to Section 9 of the General Appropriation Law for the fiscal year 1953–1954.
