Composition and Appointment of Negotiating Missions
- The negotiation missions shall include:
- Members appointed by the President representing the executive branch.
- Members appointed by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives representing their respective legislative bodies.
- The missions are authorized to employ technical staff and services as needed to effectively carry out their responsibilities.
Effectivity of the Law
- The law becomes effective immediately upon approval, enabling prompt commencement of negotiation activities.
