Fund for Quezon's State Funeral and Mausoleum

Section 1 appropriates the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 50,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary.
The appropriation is taken out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
The appropriation funds must defray the expenses of a state funeral for Manuel L. Quezon, the late President of the Philippines.
Section 1 also covers the erection of a temporary mausoleum to contain the remains of Manuel L. Quezon.

The appropriation in Section 1 is specifically for a state funeral for Manuel L. Quezon.
The appropriation in Section 1 is also specifically for a temporary mausoleum for Manuel L. Quezon’s remains.
Section 1 limits the use of the appropriated amount to defraying expenses tied to the state funeral and mausoleum.

The law is directed to Manuel L. Quezon, identified as the late President of the Philippines.
