- Republic Act No. 719 funds the training, preparation, and participation of a Filipino athletic delegation in the World Olympic Games at Helsinki, Finland.

Appropriation: amount, source, and coverage
- Section 1 appropriates PHP 100,000 for the purpose of defraying the expenses of the training, preparation, and participation of a Filipino athletic delegation in the World Olympic Games.
- The appropriation comes out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
- The Federation receives the appropriation as an aid to defray expenses related to:
- selection of the delegation,
- assembling,
- equipping,
- preparation, and
- sending the delegation to represent the Philippines.
Designated Olympic event and time/place
- Section 1 specifies that the delegation will represent the Philippines at the World Olympic Games to be held at Helsinki, Finland.
- Section 1 fixes the year of the World Olympic Games as nineteen hundred and fifty-two (1952).
