Commission on Elections implementing rules
- Section 2 directs the Commission on Elections to issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement the Act.
Repeal of inconsistent laws and rules
- Section 3 repeals, amends, or modifies all other laws, rules and regulations that are inconsistent with the Act.

- Section 4 provides that the Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
