Legislative district apportionment—Cagayan de Oro
- Section 1 apportions the lone legislative district of the City of Cagayan de Oro into two districts.
- The first district comprises these barangays: Bonbon, Bayabay, Kauswagan, Carmen, Patag, Bulua, Iponan, Baikingon, San Simon, Pagatpat, Canitoan, Balulang, Lumbia, Pagalungan, Tagpangi, Taglimao, Tuburan, Pigsag-an, Tumpagon, Bayanga, Mambuaya, Dansulihon, Tignapoloan and Bisigan.
- The second district comprises these barangays: Macabalan, Puntod, Consolacion, Camaman-an, Nazareth, Macansandig, Indahag, Lapasan, Gusa, Cugman, FS Catanico, Tablon, Agusan, Puerto, Bugo and Balubal.
- Section 1 also provides that the second district includes all urban barangays from Barangay 1 to Barangay 40.
Implementation by election authorities
- Section 2 directs the Commission on Elections to issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement Republic Act No. 9371.
Repeal of inconsistent laws and rules
- Section 3 repeals, amends, or modifies all other laws, rules and regulations that are inconsistent with Republic Act No. 9371.
