Financial and Administrative Provisions for Santa Rosa Municipality
- The expenses of the newly reconstituted municipality of Santa Rosa must not exceed its income.
- The salary of the municipal president of Santa Rosa is capped at four hundred pesos per annum.
- The salary of the municipal treasurer is capped at three hundred pesos per annum.
- The municipal treasurer will also perform the duties of the municipal secretary without additional compensation.
Election Procedures for Santa Rosa Officials
- The first municipal elections for Santa Rosa will be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November 1907.
- These elections will follow the stipulations of "The Election Law" for new municipalities.
- Until new officials for Santa Rosa qualify, the municipality of Cabanatuan’s existing government organization remains in place.
- Municipal treasury funds of Cabanatuan are to be distributed reflecting the separation upon the enactment of this Act.
Legislative Procedure and Effectivity
- The Act's passage is expedited due to its importance for the public good.
- This expediting follows Section 2 of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," dated September 26, 1900.
- The Act takes effect immediately upon its passage on August 17, 1907.
