    • P120 for dealers selling less than 1,000 firearms annually.
    • P150 for dealers manufacturing or selling 1 million or more rounds of ammunition annually.
    • P100 for dealers selling less than 1 million rounds of ammunition annually.
    • P200 for dealers or manufacturers of explosives.
  • Fireworks manufacturers are exempt from this section.

License Fees for Individual Firearm Holders

  • License holders must pay initial and annual fees for each firearm:
    • Shotguns: Initial P5.00, Annual P2.00.
    • High-power air rifles: Initial P5.00, Annual P2.00.
    • Revolvers: Initial P5.00, Annual P2.00.
    • Rifles (except caliber .22): Initial P5.00, Annual P2.00.

Hunting Permits

  • Licensed rifle and shotgun holders must obtain an annual hunting permit.
  • The permit fee is two pesos.

Collection and Disposition of Fees

  • Fees are collected by the Collector of Internal Revenue.
  • Collection procedures are regulated by the Collector and Chief of Constabulary with departmental approval.
  • Fee proceeds accrue to the Insular Government.

Penal Provisions

  • Fees are due upon license issuance and each anniversary.
