Penalties for Highway Robbery or Brigandage

    • Hiding, lodging, harboring, or assisting a member of the band in escaping.
  • Such persons face imprisonment for up to ten years upon conviction.
  • The law presumes knowledge and willingness in committing such acts unless proven otherwise.
