Transfer of Immigration Division
- The existing Immigration Division within the Bureau of Customs is to be converted into an Immigration Division under the Department of Labor.

- Such transfer is authorized to be effectuated through an executive order issued by the President of the Philippines.

- The provisions of this Act shall take effect starting January 1, 1937.
