Schedule and Venues for the Courts of First Instance

    • Vigan, for Ilocos Sur: sessions begin on the first Tuesdays of March, September, and November.
    • Laoag, for Ilocos Norte: sessions begin on the first Tuesdays of January and July.

Abolition of the Court of First Instance in Bangued, Abra

  • The Court of First Instance previously authorized in Bangued, Abra, is abolished.
  • There will be no clerk of the Court of First Instance appointed for Abra.
  • The current clerk in Abra must transfer all records to the clerk of the Court of First Instance of Ilocos Sur, where these records will be permanently kept.
