Separation and conversion of Guinaang Annex

Section 1 separates the Mountain Province General Comprehensive High School - Guinaang Annex in Barangay Guinaang, Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province from the Mountain Province General Comprehensive High School located in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province.
Section 1 converts the separated annex into an independent national high school.
Section 1 names the converted school “Guinaang National High School.”

Section 2 directs the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) to issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of the Act.
Section 2 makes the DECS the implementing authority for operationalizing the separation and conversion.

Section 3 transfers and absorbs all personnel of the Mountain Province General Comprehensive High School - Guinaang Annex into the Guinaang National High School.
Section 3 transfers and absorbs all records of the annex into the Guinaang National High School.
Section 3 transfers and absorbs all assets of the annex into the Guinaang National High School.
Section 3 transfers and absorbs all liabilities of the annex into the Guinaang National High School.

Section 4 charges the amount necessary for initial implementation against the current year’s appropriations of the Mountain Province General Comprehensive High School - Guinaang Annex.
Section 4 requires that for continuous operation and maintenance, the sums necessary shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act thereafter.

Section 1 covers a specific educational institution located in Barangay Guinaang, Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province, as an annex of a general comprehensive high school.
Section 1 covers the conversion of that annex into an independent national high school named Guinaang National High School.
