Authority of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports

The Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) is mandated to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this Act.

Transfer of Personnel, Assets, and Records

All personnel assigned to Jaclupan National High School Extension are transferred to the newly established Mohon (Divino Amore) National High School.
All assets, liabilities, and records of the extension are also transferred and absorbed by Mohon (Divino Amore) National High School.

Appropriation and Funding

The initial funding for the implementation of the Act is charged against the current year's appropriations for the Jaclupan National High School Barangay Mohon Extension.
Subsequent funding for the operation and maintenance of Mohon (Divino Amore) National High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Effectivity of the Act

The law takes effect upon its approval.
Although the President did not sign the Act, it lapsed into law on August 29, 1998, in accordance with the Constitution (Article VI, Section 27(1)).
