  • Records, assets, properties, funds, and obligations previously under the annex are also transferred to the Cuyago National High School.

Funding and Appropriations

  • The initial expenses required to implement this Act are charged against the current year's budget appropriation of the Jabonga National High School - Cuyago Annex.
  • Subsequent funding for the operation and maintenance of the Cuyago National High School must be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Effectivity

  • The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval.
