Records, assets, properties, funds, and obligations previously under the annex are also transferred to the Cuyago National High School.

Funding and Appropriations

The initial expenses required to implement this Act are charged against the current year's budget appropriation of the Jabonga National High School - Cuyago Annex.
Subsequent funding for the operation and maintenance of the Cuyago National High School must be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Effectivity

The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval.
